Subscription Terms & Cancellation Policy

Some Rootist products can be bought as a subscription: we ship them to you automatically at the interval you choose and charge your saved payment method each time, until you cancel. The full terms below are being finalised.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time, with no fee. Use the manage-subscription link in any subscription email we have sent you, or email hello@therootist.com and ask us to cancel. We will confirm it back to you.
Shipping on subscription orders
Subscription orders are charged the same shipping as any other order: $6.95 flat, and free on orders of $90 or more.
Renewal reminders and cancellation cut-off

Orders already charged
An order that has already been charged or shipped is covered by our Return & Refund Policy, exactly like a one-time order.
